We welcome volunteers at Diana Francis House, particularly in the following areas:
• Befrienders -
To meet tenants for a coffee and chat, to accompany on shopping trips and to places of interest, to support with hospital appointments etc
• Caring people to pass on knowledge of basic life skills-
To teach simple DIY skills; Help with planning balanced diets and/or cooking snacks or meals; Computer access etc.
We welcome all volunteering suggestions to develop and promote the independence of our tenants.
